About the Project<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Youth HUB \u2013 Shaping Our Future Together<\/strong> is an international initiative that connects young people across Europe to strengthen civic participation, leadership, and critical thinking<\/strong>. The project brings together organizations and youth from five European countries<\/strong> to create a network of Youth HUBs\u2014spaces where young people can learn, collaborate, and take action for their communities and Europe\u2019s future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project responds to growing challenges young people face, such as unemployment, social exclusion, lack of civic engagement<\/strong>, and limited access to opportunities<\/strong>. Through non-formal education, mobility, and cross-border collaboration, Youth HUB empowers youth to become active citizens who understand how European institutions work and how their voices can influence policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Empower young people<\/strong> to actively engage in civic and democratic life.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Establish Youth HUBs<\/strong> in each partner country as centers for learning, dialogue, and participation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    Timeline & Key Activities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    2024 \u2013 Kick-off and Foundation Phase<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Launch of the project and creation of Youth HUBs in Romania, Italy, France, Spain, and North Macedonia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Local consultation meetings and setup of national youth working groups.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      2025 \u2013 Learning and Capacity Building<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Regular monthly activities at each HUB, including workshops on leadership, communication, and EU structures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Implementation of the short course on political analysis and critical thinking<\/strong> for 50 selected young participants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Organization of national events promoting youth participation and democratic engagement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • International Training and Exchange<\/strong> \u2013 mobility activity in Spain gathering youth representatives from all countries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        2026 \u2013 Policy Dialogue and Sustainability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Comparative analysis of the work of Members of the European Parliament from each country, linking promises to action.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Simulation of the European Parliament<\/strong> where participants take on roles of MEPs, political groups, and journalists.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Final conference in Italy presenting results, policy recommendations, and sustainability actions for the HUB network.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          • 5 active Youth HUBs<\/strong> established and functioning as long-term learning and engagement spaces.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Over 100 young people<\/strong> involved in national and transnational activities, building a strong European youth network.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Strengthened youth capacities in civic participation, media literacy, and political understanding.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Increased cooperation between youth organizations, institutions, and policymakers.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Creation of digital learning tools, publications, and analyses<\/strong> of European elections and MEP performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

            Long-Term Vision<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

            Youth HUB will continue to serve as a platform that connects and supports young Europeans even after the project ends. By fostering dialogue, collaboration, and continuous learning, the HUB network aims to build a generation of engaged, skilled, and confident young leaders shaping Europe\u2019s democratic future.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
